Internship opportunities
HAGBERG has worked effectively with aspiring professionals from numerous industries for a number of years, offering them internship opportunities in a dynamic and innovative working environment. Many of these interns are currently pursuing successful careers in the company. The HAGBERG Learning Center will be a place to share & receive knowledge between experienced experts and upcoming professionals. It is crucial that theoretical and practical information is delivered thoroughly, with trainees being given the opportunity to take part in numerous masterclasses and lectures intended to improve the qualification of HAGBERG personnel.
Project weeks
The HAGBERG Learning Center will be open for collaboration with any educational institution that is interested in providing the opportunity to their students to learn more about the real estate management as part of Project Weeks. With the help of the opportunities provided by HAGBERG, educational institutions can enhance the academic knowledge by taking part in practical classes at one of the leading property management companies in Latvia.
Career days
During the Career Days organized by secondary education institutions and universities, the Learning Center will offer senior pupils, students and other interested parties to learn more about various internship and career opportunities at HAGBERG as well as meet the company's professionals to find answers to any questions related to the industry.
Job shadowing
More than 70 different job positions are currently represented at HAGBERG. It is a great opportunity for students to get to know such a wide range of professions within one company and make the right decision about choosing their future profession.
About the HAGBERG Learning Center
The HAGBERG Training Center - a facility for the growth and ongoing development of the business, its employees, and future professionals - will open in the spring of 2023. Its primary operational goals will be the advancement of employee competencies and the sustainability of human resources. The 1 200 square meter Learning Center will operate in accordance with the concept of a zero-energy building, produce no CO2 emissions, and be equipped with solar panels and a heat pump.
